DESCRIPTION:In the year 2019-2020\, the Association of Chinese American once again collaborated with the volunteer team of Wayne State University School of Medicine to provide free health screen for the community. \nThe CCC health screening schedule is as follows\, we hold full health screenings (BP\, Glucose\, Lipid Panal\, A1C) at Madison Heights at the below dates: \nSaturday\, April 27th\, 9am-12pm;\nSaturday\, May 18th\, 9am-12pm;\nSaturday\, June 15th\, 9am-12pm;\nSaturday\, July 13th\, 9am-12pm;\nSaturday\, August 17th\, 9am-12pm;\nSaturday\, September 21st\, 9am-12pm;\nSaturday\, October 12th\, 9am-12pm;\nSaturday\, November 9th\, 9am-12pm;\nSaturday\, December 7th\, 9am-12pm;\nSaturday\, January 18th (2020)\, 9am-12pm. \nAddress: Chinese Community Center\n32585 Concord Dr.\, Madison Heights\, MI 48071 \nThe health screen is free to all residents of the community\, welcome to participate! \nDuring these screenings\, ACA will cooperate with the REACH Team of Eastern Michigan University to conduct a health survey on the community.
