DESCRIPTION: \nACA Caregiver Survey\n華人看護者問卷調查\n\nACA would like to further understand the challenges of caregivers so that ACA can provide more suitable support to caregivers. ACA invites any caregiver who is 18 years of age or older\, who has or is currently providing help without pay to anyone who needs assistance because of being senior\, or with ongoing health issues to participate in the Survey.  You are a caregiver if you provide helps to family members\, relatives or friends by assisting with any aspect of life (buying or cooking food\, personal care or grooming\, other chores\, transportation\, translation\, chatting or comforting\, financial affairs\, arrange or accompany the doctor visits to getting medicines\, etc.)\, no matter if living together\, visiting\, or remotely connecting.\n\nACA will conduct focus group discussion for caregivers to share more of their care giving experience.
