DESCRIPTION: \nACA Caregiver Survey\n華人看護者問卷調查\n\nACA would like to further understand the challenges of caregivers so that ACA can provide more suitable support to caregivers. ACA invites any caregiver who is 18 years of age or older\, who has or is currently providing help without pay to anyone who needs assistance because of being senior\, or with ongoing health issues to participate in the Survey.  You are a caregiver if you provide helps to family members\, relatives or friends by assisting with any aspect of life (buying or cooking food\, personal care or grooming\, other chores\, transportation\, translation\, chatting or comforting\, financial affairs\, arrange or accompany the doctor visits to getting medicines\, etc.)\, no matter if living together\, visiting\, or remotely connecting.\n\nACA will conduct focus group discussion for caregivers to share more of their care giving experience. If you are willing to participate one 2-hour focus group\, you will be rewarded a $25 gift card (168 Chinese grocery or Costco).  Please leave your email at the end of the survey and we will contact you.\n\nEnglish Survey: tinyurl.com/ACACaregiverEng\n\n\n美华协会为了深入了解看护者的辛苦与需要，并且策划将来提供看护者更贴切的支持协助，设计了本華人看護者問卷調查，18歲以上的成年人，過去或現在無償地幫助因年长或健康問題或殘障而需要協助的人，歡迎參與。如果您持續性地幫助家人或親戚或朋友，不論是同住，或探望，或遠距聯繫，協助料理生活的任何方面（購買或烹煮食物，個人護理梳洗，其他家務雜事，交通接送，翻譯，聊天安慰，理財事務，安排或陪伴就醫領藥，等等），都合乎看護者的定義。 \n为了更深入了解看護者的經驗，同时尝试小组讨论是否可以为看顾者带来彼此的支持理解，美华将举办6次華人看護者焦點小組，歡迎參與問卷調查的人，如果願意花2小時透過視頻參加一次小組讨论，美华將贈送$25美金現金卡（168 或Costco）一張，以表感謝。請在問卷調查最後留下您的電郵，以便我們與您聯繫。 \n中文问卷：tinyurl.com/ACACaregiverChi
