OCA-Asian Pacific American Advocates and Association of Chinese Americans Proudly Present B3 Leadership Summit
“Passion, Persuasion, and Power – the Ingredients for Professional and Personal Success”
Madison Heights, MI (August 19, 2019）– The Association of Chinese Americans (ACA) is proud to announce the fourth edition of B3 Leadership Summit “Passion, Persuasion, and Power – the Ingredients for Professional and Personal Success” which will be held on October 5th at Comerica – Auburn Hills Operations Center. The program is co-hosted by OCA-Asian Pacific American Advocates (OCA National) and its Detroit Chapter-ACA. The OCA National is a national non-profit organization of community advocates dedicated to advancing the political, social, and economic well-being of Asian Pacific Americans in the United States.
Launched in 2009, B3: Build, Breakthrough & Believe is a professional and leadership development program for aspiring Asian Pacific American (APA) professionals interested in taking their personal and professional goals to the next level through leadership development and networking. The goal of this program is to provide relevant information to the APA community, professional development, peer networking and mentoring to aspiring APA professionals. This year’s B3 program information is as follows:

Description:
What are the “ingredients” for professional and personal success?
– Passion in one’s field breeds success
– Persuasion is gained by belief in one’s work
– Power is achieved through passion and persuasion.

OCA底特律分會美華協會謹訂於10月5日（星期六）中午12時，假Auburn Hills市的聯信銀行營運中心 (Comerica-Auburn Hills Operations Center) 舉辦2019年度「B3領䄂高峰會」。本次活動由OCA全美總會及其底特律分會美華協會 (ACA)共同主辦。 OCA全名為 “OCA－美國亞太裔倡導組織” (OCA -Asian Pacific American Advocates) ，屬於全國性的非營利性組織，宗旨是提高美國亞太裔在社會、政治和經濟等各方面的福祉。
