Childbirth Preparation Classes

Preparing you and your family to welcome your baby–ACA’s popular Childbirth Preparation Classes, is now open for registration. This is the second run following the first held last December by the same instructor Whei-Li Chiang. The dates and classes details are listed below and the time for each date will be from 1:30PM to 4:30PM.
3/10 Third Trimester Overview, Understanding Labor
3/17 Understanding Comfort techniques, Medical Procedures & newborns
3/24 Understanding Breast Feeding, Postpartum recovery and rest
Lecturer: Whe-Li Chiang
Registered nurse with18 years experience in labor and delivery; CPE (Childbirth Education Educator) Certified
16+ years of experience as a childbirth educator;
Target: Second/Third Trimester Expectant Moms & Dads (Grandparents are welcome to sit in)
Fee: $50 ( covering materials )
