ACA High School Achievement Awards Banquet

For the 30th year, the Association of Chinese Americans is proud to present scholarships to several deserving local high school seniors. Co-sponsoring and also offering scholarships are the Detroit Chinese Engineers Association (DCEA) and the Council of Asian Pacific Americans (CAPA).
This year’s program will include:
– a multi-course Chinese buffet dinner
– recogition of nominated honorees
– presentations of scholarships
– Keynote speech from Jennifer Xu, University of Michigan mediacl student and Class of 2009 HS honoree
– Guest speaker Frances Kai-Hwa Wang, Blogger, Adjunct Instructor, and Asian American Activist
Tickets are $30 per person (Patron tickets $100)
