Membership is open to all interested individuals. Your membership dues support both ACA and the national OCA.

Services
- Document notarization: Free
- Standard Document Translation & Notarization: $35 (Birth Certificate, Marriage License, Driver License, Degree Certificate *4-5 business days)
- Verbal Translation (2 hr. min.): $50/hr
- Green Card Renew: $100 per application (Additional charges apply in exceptional cases.)
- Citizenship Application: $120 per application (Additional charges apply in exceptional cases.)
- General form filling: $15/ copy (The general form does not exceed two pages.)
- General inquires & services: $15/ 30 min. (30 min. Increments )
- Medicaid Insurance: Free
