Chinese Cuisine Cooking Contest

ACA is proud to co-sponsor this event with the Confucius Institute at Wayne State University as a fun way to introduce the tastes of Chinese culture.

Last year’s contest was so much fun, we decided to do it again this year. There will be five teams of four people. Dishes will be judged on visual appeal, taste, nutrition, and creativity. All the dishes must be prepared and cooked on location with no prep work beforehand. Prizes of gift cards ranging from $10 to $50 along with a top prize trophy will be awarded.

Admission is free. Attendees are welcome to taste the dishes and vote for their favorites along with the judges. A light dinner will be provided. If you have questions or would like to register to attend or participate in the contest, please call 313-831-1790 or 248-585-9343.
