Chinese Cuisine Cooking Contest

This free event is co-sponsored by the Association of Chinese Americans (ACA) and the Confucius Institute at Wayne State University. Come cheer on the teams as they compete for prizes in several categories.
Teams will prepare and cook their dishes onsite. A panel of judges and the audience will sample the dishes and vote for their favorites to determine the winners in each category.
